1. Initial Assessment
Your journey begins with a thorough head-to-toe physical assessment. This session lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours. During this time, our specialist carefully measures your range of motion, flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. Furthermore, we perform specific tests on your injured areas.
Afterward, we write a comprehensive medical report. Because we want to make your insurance claim seamless, we can easily send this report to your doctor, ICBC, or lawyer.
2. Custom Treatment Plan
Next, we design a personalized treatment plan. This plan matches your exact fitness level and physical goals. We also educate you on proper lifting techniques, posture, and nutrition.
If you are currently off work, you can start a dedicated work conditioning program. Consequently, you will attend sessions for 1 to 4 hours daily, 5 times per week, for up to 6 weeks.
However, if you are already working, you can simply attend for 1 hour daily, 3 times per week. We also give you a smart home exercise program to build your core stability. Therefore, you can safely heal on your own schedule.
3. Follow-Up Care
Once you begin a gradual return-to-work schedule, you will enter the follow-up phase. You will typically attend rehab for 1 hour, 2 to 3 times per week. We constantly support you until you return to work full-time.
